Welcome to the official website of Mallow GAA Sports Complex. This is an exciting time for all involved with Mallow GAA club as the new Mallow GAA Sports Complex opened to the public on Monday April 2nd 2007. The Sports Complex is home to all sections of Mallow GAA Club, but it is also an important addition to the community of Mallow as facilities are available for hire to local clubs, businesses and individuals.
There are two 3G Rubbercrumb Astroturf pitches - one indoor and one floodlit outdoor, there is also a Gym with the latest interactive technology, a stadium pitch and GAA grass pitches, a bar, function room, meeting rooms and Naionra. The quality and finish of the Sports Complex is second to none, a credit to Castlelands Construction, who have built the Complex to the highest standard.

Membership and Registration
Payment of the registration fee is required prior to making a booking,
use of the gym or attending pay-as-u-go classes/ activities. |

Indoor and Outdoor Astroturf Pitches
Block book a slot for 1-12 months, organise a one off hire for an event
or book casually up to 7 days in advance from 9am. |

Gym and Exercise Classes
With the latest Technogym interactive technology, the Gym has a full
range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Our qualified instructors
are on hand to assist you and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. |

Meeting and Conference Facilities
Meeting Rooms at Mallow GAA Sports Complex are available for hire. There
are 3 sizes of room available, with rates starting from as low as €10
per hour.

Bar and Function Room
The contemporary style Bar lounge looks on to the outdoor Outdoor Astroturf
pitch. With all major matches shown on our big screen, the Bar is the
ideal place to socialize and enjoy the wide range of drinks and snacks
on offer.

Children’s Parties
Party options include Bouncing Castle, GAA games and multisports, run by a member of staff. Catering is provided to ensure a stress free party for parents. |

Children’s Activities
The summer kids program runs from 9th July - 10th August and caters for
working parents as day care is available from 8.30am - 5.30pm. |

Health Walk Track
This purpose built path follows the perimeter fence of the 35 acre Sports
Complex site. Walking is an excellent way to improve your health and fitness
and is great for all ages. The path includes lighting every 20 metres
for your safety.

Mallow GAA Bowls Club
Monday and Wednesdays from 8-10pm, only €2.50 per session once registered. |

Hurling Alleys
Hurling Alley €4 per hour. |

Mallow GAA Club
Mallow GAA Club has a number of teams spanning all ages and abilities,
we welcome new members to join our Hurling, Football, Camogie and Juvenile
teams. |
